Funky Nation – Return & Exchange Policy
At Funky Nation, we care about your shopping experience and want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple return and exchange process to make things easy for you.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must raise a request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
2. Items Not Eligible
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Products that show signs of wear, stains, damage, or washing.
- Items missing original tags, packaging, or invoice.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- There is a size or fit issue.
- You changed your mind (if the product still meets eligibility conditions).
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Email orders@funkynation.com or reach us via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- Approval – Our team will review your request and confirm via email.

- If eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- If not available, you’ll need to self-ship.
- Inspection & Processing – After receiving the item, we inspect and process your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing takes 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
- Size exchange or different product allowed.
- Depends on stock availability.
7. Shipping Costs
- Free if item is wrong/damaged.
- Otherwise, ₹XX may be deducted.
8. Damaged/Wrong Product Guarantee
We’ll replace it at no extra cost once verified.
9. Additional Notes
- Only one return per order.
- Non-compliant returns will be rejected.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
